Mum was well known for her lemon drizzle cakes, fruit cakes, pavlovas, patchwork quilts, and cushions, she made for us all.  Never really idle.  We would go to the lake at Alverstoke to feed the swans and ducks.  She would say "God Bless" whenever we passed a church.  She was a marvelous mum and I shall miss her dearly. x
